GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Please cancel your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before the appointment will be charged with 30% of the amount of the booked service. Appointments cancelled between 0 and 12 hours before the appointment will be charged in full. Appointments that are not kept will also be charged in full.
